The Gift of HospiceCare

For 31 years, HospiceCare Inc. has been a nonprofit, community-based hospice dedicated to providing expert physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families dealing with life-limiting conditions. HospiceCare is nationally recognized for its comprehensive in-home, inpatient, respite, and residential care, and the hospice services HospiceCare provides in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout south central Wisconsin. With offices in Madison and Janesville, HospiceCare serves more than 650 patients each day throughout Dane, Green, Jefferson, Rock and Walworth counties.

Our Mission: HospiceCare believes that individuals diagnosed with life-limiting illness deserve to live as fully as they can until the end of life. HospiceCare’s mission, "Enhancing Quality of Life at the End of Life," embodies these core beliefs.
