Are
you a HospiceCare Champion?
It’s
easy to be a HospiceCare Champion. Chances are you’re
one already.
A
HospiceCare Champion is someone who has:
-volunteered for HospiceCare, or
-donated to HospiceCare, or
-referred someone to HospiceCare services, or
-been a caregiver for a HospiceCare patient, or
-simply told someone about HospiceCare whether or not they
need HospiceCare’s services.
In fact,
HospiceCare is nationally recognized as a leader in end-of-life
care, and we have you, our champions, to thank.
You might
be surprised to learn that many people in our community still
don’t know about HospiceCare—people who would
benefit from our services. We want to build a community where
everyone can be fully supported physically, emotionally and
spiritually at the end of life and has access to our care.
But we need your help.
Be a
HospiceCare champion
and help spread the word.
