“Choosing the Gift of HospiceCare” is a presentation about the support that’s available for people with life-limiting conditions, and their caregivers. We’ll discuss who is eligible to receive HospiceCare services, where the care can be given, and who pays for HospiceCare. You’ll learn how HospiceCare strives to enhance the quality of life for both patients and their family members. We’ll talk about the myths and apprehensions that people associate with hospice. And there will be plenty of time for asking questions—and getting straight answers—about end-of-life care.
