july_14_2010_038_web(MADISON, WI) – On Sunday, June 13, Bob Starczynski of McFarland was drawn as the winner of the 2010 Madison Auto Dealers Association Auto Raffle to benefit HospiceCare Inc. The drawing took place during the seventh inning of the Madison Mallard’s baseball game. This is the eleventh year that the Madison Auto Dealers Association has donated a car for the raffle, with all of the proceeds going to serve the patients and families served by HospiceCare Inc. This year more than $48,000 was raised to support patient and family care by HospiceCare.

Recently, Starczynski of McFarland has had two family members served by HospiceCare Inc. He plans to give the car to his daughter who will be turning 16 soon.

HospiceCare would like to thank the partners that made this event possible: Madison Auto Dealers Association, Mid-West Family Broadcasting, Wisconsin State Journal and the Madison Mallards.
